- In Warranty, repair fee is complimentary except for damage caused by user negligence.
- When repaired in warranty, shipping charge will apply except for Manufacturing defect. - The repair fee is the sum of parts price and labor charge.
- The Labor charge is $50.00 Please contact the person in charge of repair by e-mail attaching this Repair Form with detailed description.
once we decide that the defective is not for shipping to hulaser, we will teach you how to fix it by yourself or take proper actions for this.
otherwise we will send you an e-mail with repair service number. Once you receive the Repair service number issued, you have to send it to hulaser service for repair to below address enclosed with this repair form (please be cautious for packing not to get damaged).
We would send you a proforma invoice for payment after the repair is completed. After payment, we will deliver the repaired laser to owner.
